Had some good running this weekend up north at Lake Padden at the WWU invite, with women winning and the men taking second. Good thing our masters teams are deep and strong, need to get more of you open members out there. I put some pics and about 10 min of video that Jon took with my handy dandy iphone. It's not bad, could be a little higher resolution but I wanted to keep the files size down. You'll find it on

The next meet for us is the Eastside Runner's Invite at Lake Samammish on the 24th. I'm going to need to know who will be running so that I can get the entries in. Please get me that ASAP.
